For 100 years, Michigan State University has shaped journalists and communication professionals with one of the premier journalism education programs in the world. These Spartans use their craft to improve their communities, ensure justice and share stories to lift the human spirit.
We invite you to share in that spirit at our Centennial Conference and Celebration on Oct.23, 2010, in East Lansing. Come learn from our exceptional alumni and faculty, reconnect with friends and have a little fun too.

We have some amazing speakers lined up and nearly all of them have MSU J-school ties or are MSU alums.
We have EMMY winners, Pulitzer winners, corporate executives, and distinguished faculty. Plus, timely topics such as social media and multi-media journalism; sessions on environmental journalism, political journalism (including the upcoming gubernatorial election), documentary film-making and much more! Bring your resume and have it critiqued by the “Resume Doctor.” This is a chance to celebrate and learn from great journalists, see old friends and connect with new ones. You never know who you’ll meet.
This is the central place for all the “must have” information about our celebration. Take a few minutes to look around, register for the conference, join our online J-School networking community, and find out how you can give back to journalism at MSU.
Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates and keep coming back here for developing information.
